Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use the Time-Clocking website or the Time-Clocking apps for iOS and Android.

The service
Time-Clocking lets employers record employees' working hours with clock-ins verified against job-site locations, review timesheets and export hours. It records hours; it does not calculate wages or run payroll.
Accounts
- Keep your login details secure and tell us if you think your account has been misused.
- Managers are responsible for the employees and job sites they add, and for telling their staff how clock-in data is used.
- Employees may only clock in for themselves.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are bought on our website and billed monthly through Stripe after any free trial. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. Plans can't be bought or changed inside the mobile apps.
Acceptable use
Don't try to bypass location checks, access another company's data, or disrupt the service.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Time-Clocking available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is". Employers should review timesheets before using them for payroll. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time — see delete your account. How we handle data is described in our privacy policy.
